Counter Sales

For the customer who wants to pick up products, color information, or just to get technical advice.

Ketone's counter sales department is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Mon. - Fri. at all four locations.

Ordering Desk

Ketone's order desk has highly trained technical personnel to answer questions while taking orders.

All technical phone personnel are required to attend a 3 hour training session every month. This training covers customer service, product knowledge and trouble shooting.

The order desk is open between the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm, Mon - Fri.

Inventory Area

Ketone inventories all the products that they offer for sale.

In most cases orders are filled and delivered within 3 hours of the order being taken.

Trucks and Delivery

Ketone has 23 delivery trucks to service the Chicagoland area. These trucks deliver from the Wisconsin border at the north to the Indiana border on the south and from lake Michigan on the east to the Dekalb area on the west.

All of Ketone's drivers are trained in the latest Hazmat & IDOT laws. Their required training is updated on a yearly basis.

Seminars

Throughout the 59 years of being in business Ketone has offered training seminars for their customers.

Most recently Ketone's customers have been trained in the New VOC laws, OSHA laws, new products and applications, business law - hiring and firing.
 

Mixing Room

Ketone custom mixes paint for it's customers. Highly trained personnel can handle all types of custom or standard color mixing.
